The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals declined President Donald Trump’s request on Wednesday to pause removal of his name from the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. It was a unanimous decision from the three-judge panel, denying the president’s motion for a stay on a previous federal district court’s ruling that ordered the removal of the president’s likeness from the building, all physical signage, and the center’s website as well as the withdrawal of any trademark applications that included Trump’s name.
